Måste testa mitt fyndköp 500gr (rejäl rea) av den svensktillverkade AEB Fermoale jäst (Jästbolaget). Jag delar upp klumpen i mindre delar på 25gr, då jästen rekommenderas till 1gr per liter.
Det stod att den skulle funka bra till engelska ales (även vara bra ersättare till US-05!), så jag gör en ordinary bitter.
