#203 Tetley X1 Pale 1904

Många gillar min Tetley’s mild så jag tänkte följa upp det spåret och brygga en till i familjen Tetely’s Family Ales. Nu blir det en Tetley X1 Pale från en brygglogg från 1904, https://barclayperkins.blogspot.com/2019/04/lets-brew-1904-tetley-x1-pale.html.

Bryggloggen säger en Apparent attenuation på 75%, men min Tilt ger typ 90%. Jag tycker att Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire kan vara lite oberäknelig.
