Förra årets pors wit blev så jäkla god efter ett års lagring, så nu ska det blir en batch där jag ska gömma undan minst hälften till nästa sommar. I år blev det ingen porssafari så jag fick pors från Gotland istället. Brorson stack ut runt hörnet, till Lojsta slott, plockade ihop en kasse och skickade över. Service!
