Min Power IPA var väldigt populär på senaste bryggdagen. Vi snackade om att brygga en öl till Malee, och då måste det ju bli en Tant Kines, med ris. Sen gör jag den dry som många asiatiska öl.
Tyvärr verkade det som riset absorberade mycket av sockret efter mäskningen, så det blir nog en session IPA.
