Bryggde en ginseng IPA till syrrans inflyttningsfest i november. Den blev så himla populär att jag måste brygga en till. Lite variant på malten, tog vad jag hade på lager. Annars samma recept som sist. Kommer hamna på fat i min KegmasterX.
Arbetsnamnet var Power IPA, vilket för tankarna till en av mina favoritserier Powers där en av rollerna spelades av Eddie Izzard, som gjorde karaktären ‘Big Bad’ Wolfe.
